To many Americans, the phrase "thoughtful developer" is an oxymoron. A day with the National Town Builders Association (NTBA) would change that view.
The NTBA is a nationwide organization of builders and developers who craft neighborhoods of lasting value. NTBA members are committed to continuous improvement in the pursuit of traditional neighborhood development. The membership roster includes a who's who of developers, builders, and allied professionals who are known for continually expanding the boundaries of their craft.
Our founder, Jennifer Krouse, has joined that roster. She will kick off her membership by leading a workshop on the use of stock plans at the NTBA's spring roundtable in April, 2023.
"NTBA members include many of my heroes in the world of town building and neighborhood development. Joining the organization is an extension of my commitment to the discipline of good placecraft. It's a chance to learn from the best and bring that learning home in service of our customers."
Following the NTBA Roundtable, Jennifer Krouse will represent Liberty House Plans at The Congress for the New Urbanism.
