This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from libertyhouseplans.com (the “Site”). PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your time zone, operating system, internet service provider, device type/model/manufacturer, some of the cookies that are installed on your device, and a unique ID that allows us to uniquely identify your browser or your account. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. The email that we send may also contain tracking devices that identify if and when you have opened that email, how many times you have read it and whether you have clicked on any links in that email. We may also receive information about you from our business partners and service providers and combine this information with other data we collect from you.
We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

Additionally, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, company name, billing address, shipping address, payment information, email address, and phone number; in some cases, we also collect information about your prospective building site, such as parcel number and address. We use a third party payment processor to process the payment, and we do not retain any personally identifiable financial information such as credit card numbers that you supply during the payment process. Rather, all such information is provided directly by you to our third-party processor. Please note that the payment processor’s use of your personal information is governed by their privacy policy.
We refer to this information as “Order Information.”
When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

- Communicate with you;

We use the Device Information that we collect to:

- Our site includes social media features, such as sharing buttons from Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, and Twitter. We may receive information from each social network such as your profile information, profile picture, gender, username, user ID associated with your social media account, age range, language, country, and any other information you permit the social network to share with third parties. The data we receive complies with your privacy settings with the social media network. We use this information to operate, maintain, and provide to you the features and functionality of the Service, as well as to communicate directly with you, such as to send you email messages about products and services that may be of interest to you. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing them.
We may transfer any information we collect in the event we sell or transfer all or a portion of our business or assets (including any shares in the company) or any portion or combination of our products, services, businesses and/or assets. Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
DATA RETENTION AND SECURITY
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, change or damage. All personal information we collect will be stored by our cloud hosting provider and third party services on secure servers.
To prevent identity theft, please avoid conveying personal financial information or national identity numbers via email, phone, chat, or other insecure means of communication.
