This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from (the “Site”). This privacy policy applies to information we collect or use on sites and applications owned or controlled by Liberty House Plans, LLC.

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your time zone, operating system, internet service provider, device type/model/manufacturer, some of the cookies that are installed on your device, and a unique ID that allows us to uniquely identify your browser or your account. When you access the Site from a mobile device, we may collect unique identification numbers associated with your device or our mobile application (including, for example, a UDID, Unique ID for Advertisers (“IDFA”), Google AdID, or Windows Advertising ID), mobile carrier, device type, model and manufacturer, mobile device operating system brand and model, phone number, and depending on your mobile device settings, we may be able to approximate a device’s location by analyzing other information, like an IP address. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. The email that we send may also contain tracking devices that identify if and when you have opened that email, how many times you have read it and whether you have clicked on any links in that email. We may also receive information about you from our business partners and service providers and combine this information with other data we collect from you.

We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

  • “Web beacons,” “tags,” and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.
  • “Embedded scripts” are sections of programming language provided by third parties for the purpose of sharing video, displaying data, and managing other features of the Site.

When you register for an account on the Site or log in to the Site, we collect information that includes your name, email, password, and reason for visiting the Site.
