If you’re considering a return, that means you ordered a design from us - or that you’re thinking of ordering. Thank you! We appreciate your business, and we hope we can make the experience a good one. With that in mind, here are some things you might want to know:

You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment.

Products shipped in PDF format are non-refundable, and they cannot be exchanged. If you run into technical issues while trying to access a PDF that you ordered from us, please contact us at info@libertyhouseplans.com. We will do our best to help you overcome the technical hurdles.

If you successfully access a PDF product and are somehow unsatisfied with it, please let us know so we can look into the options for improving that product and your experience with us.
