Shipping policy

Order Processing

Your orders are the reason we’re here, and we genuinely look forward to fulfilling them. We start processing each order on the first weekday after the customer places the order on our website.

If your order includes a stock plan license, we will send you an email requesting your electronic signature on a Customer License for your chosen design(s). You can expect to see that email within two business days after you place your order. 

When you complete the signature request, our electronic signature service will automatically send a signed copy of your Customer License to you and to us. At that point, your transaction will be complete, and we will begin fulfilling your order.

Please allow the number of days specified in the Delivery Window on the relevant product page for the design(s) that you have ordered. We look to fulfill orders as soon as possible within that time frame after ensuring that any customization (such as project information) is legible, accurate, and complete.

Store Pickup

Our PDF products are delivered in digital format, over the internet. If you’d like to meet near our office for coffee as we push the button to deliver, we’ll be happy to make your acquaintance and celebrate with you.

Printed materials (including scale models) are available for pickup near our office by special arrangement for orders over $1,000. Please contact us to make arrangements.

Local Delivery

Our PDF projects are delivered to the email address that you provide during checkout. For our printed materials (including scale models), local delivery is available by special arrangement for orders over $1,000. Please contact us directly to make arrangements.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

At this time, our products are not available outside the United States of America. 

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

Please be advised that PDF products may not be returned or exchanged. Only printed materials and scale models may be returned. Please see our Returns Policy for more details.
