Josh is both an incremental developer and an architect who designs and builds homes that revitalize the urban core. Josh specializes in urban infill projects, especially narrow or awkward lot sizes. He is based in Columbus, Ohio, and received two undergraduate degrees from the University of Minnesota Twin Cites, in Architecture and Urban Studies, before earning a Master of Architecture degree from The Ohio State University.
