What's Included

Your purchase will consist of a one-time license to build each specific plan that is designated in your purchase. If you would like to build that plan more than once, you must purchase a license for each instance that you intend to build.

After your purchase, we will send the license(s) to you via SignRequest for activation. You will need to activate the license(s) with your contact info, project info, and signature in order for us to fulfill your order.

After you activate your license(s), Liberty House Plans will add your order information to the title block of the construction drawings that are associated with your order. 

We will then send a link to the email address that you provided during checkout. That link will enable you to access a PDF download of the construction drawings for the plans that you have licensed. 

The PDF downloads are formatted for large format printing at 24” x 36”. You may share the PDF or printed versions of the design with your builder, local building officials, and/or third parties as necessary to construct the building.

The license to build is a limited license, which means that there are restrictions on what you can do with the construction drawings. For a full description of what you may or may not do with the drawings, please carefully read the Customer Agreement (the license to build) before you activate it. Purchases are non-refundable after shipment, and licenses may not be transferred or exchanged.
