This flexible townhouse series comes in two widths that can be combined to suit your lot size and project needs.
The 20' wide townhouse offers two bedrooms and an open floor plan.
The 25' wide design includes a main house with three bedrooms (a ground floor bedroom and two above) and an attached carriage house with a separate entrance to a home office above the one-car garage.
25' wide townhouse:
- 3 bedrooms - 3 baths (main house)
- 0 bedrooms - 1 bath (carriage house)
- 25' W x 80' D x 30' H
- 2,305 / 1,803 / 502 square feet (total living area / main house / carriage house)
20' wide townhouse
- 2 bedrooms - 2.5 baths
- 20' W x 32' D x 28' H
- 1,378 / 1,362 square feet (end unit / center unit)

What's Included
Your purchase will consist of a one-time, limited license to build each specific plan that is designated in your purchase. If you would like to build that plan more than once, you must purchase a license for each instance that you intend to build.
With your license, you will receive access to a PDF download of the construction drawings for the plans that you have licensed.
For a full description of what you may or may not do with the drawings, please carefully read the Customer Agreement (the license to build) before you activate your license. Purchases are non-refundable after shipment, and licenses may not be transferred or exchanged.

House Plan orders are delivered in PDF format, via a link that will give you access to a sharing folder on Google Drive.
Orders may be cancelled any time prior to shipment. After shipment, orders are non-refundable and non-transferable.
